A Pixels VA Project Manager sees to the execution of your virtual/online projects by setting project goals on their own and using their skills and expertise to inspire a sense of shared purpose within the team.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Initiates projects by documenting project scope, timeline, and budget
• Identifies project stakeholders their roles and responsibility
• Performs feasibility studies
• Develops and selects proper strategy for project
• Presents scheduling for project
• Produces a work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
•Puts together a work Activities List
•Produces a network diagram when needed
•Establish a time and budget estimate
• Develop a Communication Plan
• Put together a Risk Management Plan (includes risk identification, monitoring, and response)
• Develop Procurement Plan
• Closes project by gathering lessons learned and closing procurement
• Executes and Control project by:
– Conduct kick-off meeting
– Direct and execute approved plan
– Monitor project execution
– Control and monitor project scope, time, cost, quality, and risk
– Change management
– Report on project performance
– Manage stakeholders expectations
